MEWEDG London, the proprietor of the MEWBook Learning Experience Portal, faced significant hurdles as their customer base expanded. Their existing infrastructure struggled to handle the complexity of integrating bespoke business accounts for corporate training alongside standard academic programs.

The core issues were twofold:
1. Fragmented User Experience: Learners found it difficult to navigate between courses, webinars, and digital libraries.
2. Administrative Overload: Managing progress analytics for thousands of students manually became impossible.

They needed a sleek, responsive UI redesign that could accommodate document collections, in-portal payments, and webinar support without cluttering the interface.

Unified & Seamless.
MEWTON D's innovative approach centered on "Contextual Navigation." We integrated all services into a unified menu that adapts based on the user's role and current activity. This eliminated clutter while ensuring critical tools are always one click away.

Design System

We implemented a modular design system to ensure consistency across all devices.

We also engineered seamless UI transitions (SPA-like feel) and detailed path tracking. This allows learners to resume exactly where they left off, regardless of the device they use. For administrators, we built a centralized dashboard to manage multiple corporate accounts efficiently.
